Land phone In operative

SW Calgary Telus indicates no outages  No dial tone  Display shows Line in use. Several callers report  “no reply”. Checked Telus my home connection with a touch phone - silence  Ok this am Lost Telus about 3pm

    There are a number of things that could cause no dialtone on a landline. A couple of which can be related to equipment within your home, and a number of additional things outside the home.

     

    Have you contacted Telus about the loss of dialtone yet? It's usually recommended to call them as a lot of cases need a repair tech to resolve the issue, if it isn't one of your phones possibly causing it.
