Is there a 3rd party service provider that can do in-home fibre internet installations?
I am moving into a new condo that only offers fibre internet. The previous tenants had used fibre, I think with another provider, and Telus can't setup the fibre internet without coming into the unit with a specialized tool to modify the cables. Due to Covid-19, Telus isn't able to enter the condo and provide the service.
My wife and I are both working from home, without internet, and are going to be completely screwed. Does anyone know a 3rd party we could pay to do the in-home service for fibre internet?

Is your new condo currently empty? If nobody is currently living there then TELUS might send someone there to do the install.

If you can learn the previous ISP, you could contact them. There aren’t many offering fibre connections.
