2 years agoWe apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with accessing Delta Airlines' website on your Telus Fiber connection. It's important to clarify that Telus does not intentionally block websites, however, there can occasionally be issues like DNS resolution errors or other technical problems that may cause certain sites to be inaccessible temporarily.
To help resolve this issue, here are a few steps you can try:
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes cached data can cause websites to load incorrectly.
- Try Different Browsers: Check if the issue persists across multiple browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Restart Your Modem and Router: A reboot might refresh your connection and resolve any potential issues with DNS.
- Test with a VPN: If you're still having trouble, try using a VPN to see if the issue is specific to your current connection route.
If the problem continues after these steps, please send us a private message with your account details.

Thanks for your reply and suggestions. I did all of the above, without luck, before creating this post.
The issue seemed to stem from an invalid certificate for the delta.com web-site, but I would not expect Telus to inject themselves in anything between me and any web-sites, since I have not signed up for teh Telus security package for my internet.
The issue seems to have been resolved now, so we can consider this issue resolved.
