Is tech support available during the holiday weekend?

On Monday , we locked in a new price for our Internet plan. 

On Tuesday, our Internet went out. Modem light is orange, no resets fix it. 

Hours on hold to tech support after spending hours navigating their AI system that just goes around and around. They say they will call us back in the morning 

They don’t. 

Wednesday they list our area as an “active outage” so we wait for that to get fixed. 

Friday they say the outage is resolved. We still have no internet. 

Hours on hold to tech support again, finally they figure out that somehow our internet got “paused” when they entered the new price plan for us. They say it will be repaired within 48 hours. 

It’s been 48 hours and we still have no internet. Now we can’t get a hold of anyone as I’m guessing they are all off for the long weekend.  

Are we now just stuck until Tuesday before we can talk to someone again?
