Internet stopped working on some devices

Hi. Maybe someone here can help me out, as our home services are in my husbands name and he’s at work. Our home internet suddenly stopped working, but only on some devices. It’s still working on mine...

    To reboot your Telus internet, power cycle your modem by unplugging its power cord for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in and waiting 2-5 minutes for the lights to turn solid green, indicating it's back online. For a full system refresh, unplug all internet/TV equipment (boosters, PVR, boxes) first, then the modem, wait, and plug back in the reverse order. If problems persist, check for outages or try a factory reset (using a pin on the back button), which requires you to use the default Wi-Fi name/password.
