internet speed
i pay for internet 3g optic but speed test only show 440 mbps , am i getting ripped off

Community ManagerHello. Are you seeing this slower speed over Wi-Fi or even with hardwired devices? Have you attempted rebooting your equipment or speaking with our Tech Support team about this?
- hard wired and wifi, have rebooted everything, tech support is next as the online trouble shooter did nothing

Gotcha. Yeah that'd be your next play... they'll be able to connect through the network from their end for further diagnostics and troubleshooting. Appreciate your patience with this!!
