More than 1.15 hour I am waiting for compliant for home internet is not working ........really need to improve in customer service

- Im in the same boat my friend. Internet has been out since 3am Saturday morning and have tried everything including hard reseting the modem. On hold for 30 minutes and I expect it to be much longer.
