Internet help
My internet is not working. I have restarted 10x. It is obviously the modem. I have been unable to get any support. I do not want to speak to a bot. I just need a new modem. Why does this process have to be so difficult ? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Also business has 24/7 technical support but not residential ?? I work from home! I need steady internet !
