Internet drop outs?
I'm getting intermittent internet failures? Why?

The first thing to check would be www.telus.com/status as that's where network issues in certain areas are posted as they come in. Otherwise, if equipment reboots don't resolve the issue, reach out to our Tech Support team and they can investigate further from their end!

How best to contact Tech Support? Telephone takes hours to get an answer, the que is a long wait.
