Internet Activation charge
We recently started Telus Fiber service and the phone representative set us up on the wrong service. Within a few days of establishing service, we realized we were being billed incorrectly and changed to the 2-year agreement online with the correct rate. This should have cause the internet activation charge to not apply. We just received our bill and it has an Internet Activation charge on it. Has anyone experienced this or can someone help me navigate this situation?
