Intermittent connectivity issues with MOCA adapter
Hello! for the last two days, I’ve been encountering intermittent connectivity issues with my moca adapter. Before I began having these issues, the setup was working flawlessly for about the last 5 ...
One last update:
Had a tech come out this morning and we swapped out the MoCA, we agreed that the adapter was going bad (had this MoCA for the last ~5 years)
Not running into anymore issues.

Just wanted to leave another update.
After power cycling the modem + Wi-Fi boost this morning, it was working for about an hour before I left for an appointment.
When I came back home this afternoon and booted up my PC, it had no internet connection again.
- I tried power cycling the equipment again, and it resolved the issue for about 30 minutes, then it disconnected again. (Wi-Fi + ethernet port's we're working, just the coax connection died.)
- I did another factory reset, and I'm about 1hr in and no issues.
It almost seems like there is either an issue with the firmware of the modem or the actual coax port on the modem is dying.
- After factory resetting, the firmware version is reading v1.18.02 build04
I will check again in the morning to see if the firmware version changes, and if the connection continues to drop.
