I'm not able to access Shaw SMTP server
I switch to Telus fiber two and a half years ago, but as of about a month or two ago I'm no longer able to send emails from my Shaw account when I'm on the Telus ISP.
If I hotspot my cell phone or when emailing from my cell phone it works fine.
Not sure if this is a Telus issue or a Shaw one.

This has happened before. Shaw and Telus do not play well. One or the other does a security upgrade and the other perceives it as a virus until they fix it. Maybe not exact but they conflict for a while.
As an example I do regular group emails by BCC broadcast and only those with Shaw email did not get the emails until they complained and Shaw who found the unintentional bug.

What email client are you using? Do you get any error message?
