Icredibly incompetent setvice
There is apparently poor or non-existent communication between the Loyalty department and billing. I've had to call every month to get my bill adjusted to the right amount. This time, not only did they adjust the bill, they changed my service and turned on call control on my landline which I did NOT ask for. I turned it off via MyTelus and now my phone is "out of service". I am beyond frustrated with this ridiculous so-called service.
