I didn't order Optik tv
I didn't order telus TV but they delivered it .
I sent it back .
Telus shipment doubled so I sent it back.
I did order home phone , but it seem that telus does not supply the type I requested in my area . The tech had no idea about the home phone order or that equipment.
Now I have given up on telus home phone .
Im new to telus . Not impressed yet . Maybe they will see this and impress me with a response.
