I can't see wifi 6 booster in app

I connected this cylinder with CAT6  and it works ,showing the solid green light . But I can't see it in APP .   Anything wrong ?

    You should also be able to access its web page by finding its IP address in your router’s admin webpage (192.168.1.254)
