I just tried on my android phone and it's working for me, so I have a few questions to get us on the right troubleshooting path:

do you have cloud recordings on your account (i.e. you can normally watch recordings on your mobile)?
what's the model of your set-top box (found on the sticker on the bottom of the box)? or, altermatively, does your remote have Netflix and Prime Video buttons?
can you watch these channels live (even if there's no game airing currently, you'll still see a screen that shows the Centre Ice logo with 'Currently, there is no game...')?
what error message do you see on your phone when you try to set a recording?&nbsp;

I'm currently using the Telus TV+ Android app. I haven't tested it yet on the Optik TV box.
