I am back again with my Telus TV

Along with the issues I am having with the TV taking multiple tries to connect to the internet while my computer connects instantly, there are no people streaming or gaming in our household We don’t have Fibre optic since our Condo was built in 2000 the best Speed Telus apparently can provide is 50Mbps which only gives a maximum of 25Mbps. Now there is another issue There was a time when the guide would only load 1/2 of the programs on my favourites that eventually sorted itself out, yesterday the Favorite Guide LOADS ALL THE CHANNELS NOT IN MY Favorites Non of the Favourites. In order to see my favourites I need to choose subscribed channels.I need a Technician to come to the house& see what is going on. The technician came a number of weeks ago when the lack of internet connection to the tv started  it all didn’t solve anything. I don’t like Shaw tv Guide layout but they may be an option I have been with Telus for over 25 yrs. We had Fibre optic in our previous home. We moved in June last year & all these issues started a couple of months ago
