Not quite, all these friends are also old customers of telus. And why should be a difference of double between 4 customers in neighborhoods close to each other in Vancouver.

Community Power UserIt's hard to say why there are discrepancies without access to their billing information. You would need to see what services they have and what they are paying for them.
I would call 1-888-811-2323 and ask for loyalty and retention.
