How to watch Telus TV+ on PikTV Box
Hello just trying to find out how to watch "Telus TV+" and "Telus Films & Series" on PikTV box? Zero info on the Telus website or through the chatbot. Thanks
TELUS_Supporthelped fix this (in the back end?) last time but it's happening with my new subscription. Please help. Also can Telus fix this once for all so I don't need to call for help every time?

Hi it's the same issue as last time (see my Decdember post above):
Telus keeps emailing me about activating Telus Films.& Series; when I clicked on Activate, it took me to https://telustvplus.com/#/ No option to activate anything even after I logged in. When I go back to the Subscription screen and it still shows the same (see pic).
How do I activate Telus Films & Series?

Let's see if it's a token issue. Can you start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies completely. Then attempt to access the site again. If this doesn't work, try opening the website in an incognito or private browsing window.
