How to open this modem? I can't see password inside.

Hi Tracy, 

This is the Telus Network Access Hub, there is no screw holding that white cover on, just a clip on either side. 

From a Telus Tech: “There is a small screw at the bottom. Then use a small screwdriver to pop off the cover.”
