Community Power UserIt appears to be disabled by the manufacturer. Especially if the non ISP specific manual says it's disabled.
If you're trying to use cellular like a landline to make calls, Telus has a service called Wireless Home Phone. It uses a separate piece of hardware to work. (ZTE WF723)
