How to change my T3200M modem's subnet Mask

I don't think this is a subnet mask issue. I'm seeing the opposite in my environment. The Telus router is 255.255.252.0 and my NAS has 255.255.255.0. If you haven't done it yet I would recommend a static IP address for your NAS.
Can you connect to it via it's IP address with a web browser?
