How to change my T3200M modem's subnet Mask
I had to relocate my personal nas from another home to my new place. As a result, my NAS is no longer detected in my new home network. I have read that its because the telus modem has a different subnet mask. My nas has a subnet mask of 255.255.252.0, while the telus modem is 255.255.255.0. How can i get these two devices to talk to another and restore my ability to use my NAS?
I don't think this is a subnet mask issue. I'm seeing the opposite in my environment. The Telus router is 255.255.252.0 and my NAS has 255.255.255.0. If you haven't done it yet I would recommend a static IP address for your NAS.
Can you connect to it via it's IP address with a web browser?

Is your NAS currently configured to us DHCP? If not then that is part of the problem.
