How to block Internet for a device?

Thank you for your response. I installed the Telus Connect app, but it seems to require a Telus customer account. I tried to sign up, but I can't register (no email received, SPAM folder checked). I’m a tenant, and internet access is included in my rent; so I’m not the one paying for the connection, but I manage the router via the address 192.168.1.254. I don’t want to contact the landlord about this, at least not for now.
From the web interface I searched for MAC Filtering but in Advanced Setup > Blocking/Filtering, I have only:

I think you might have a different version than mine. Any other solution?

Can you tell us more about the use case? Is this device supposed to never get internet, or is it a certain window that it shouldn't have access?

Whenever I buy a device that asks for my Wi-Fi credentials, whether it comes from China or from a company whose privacy policies and reputation I’m unfamiliar with, my first instinct is to block its internet access at the router. However, these devices need to be able to communicate within the local network, which rules out the blacklist you mentioned.
