How does one account get cancelled without your authorization or awareness

My Account gets cancelled without any authorization or message. I am looking from answers from Telus

  • Wondering if you ever got resolution on this Deebee. 
    I'm still sitting here with a cancelled internet account.

      I don't have any reasons why this happened, although a tech has been out to reconnect the security system. Still waiting for a valid explanation

        I was able to get my service reconnected, but no one can tell me why and now Telus has stopped responding to my CCTS complaint. So that's also good. 

  • Hey! This just happened to me as well. 
    What's great is NO ONE at Telus can tell me anything, and now I'm without service. 

    Bang up job all around from TELUS.
