How do I port forward?

well i couldent sign into that since whenever i try to it just says that my username or pass is incorrect even when i got it from the lable also ive tried using the login info of the boost lite and the main booster but those are the only 2 we have here i mean we have a little brick on the wall but appearantly thats just where the signal comes in not where it gets sent out via wifi or whatever

Community Power UserSee if there is any info on the 'brick on the wall' that might have credentials to login with or describe what type of hardware it is. I have a different configuration so I'm not sure what else to suggest.
it dosnt say anything on it and i have no idea how to take it apart or even just remove the shell
