How do I cancel my order for the new Telus Tv box?
I hear the upgrade is terrible so I would like to keep my old bulky box, I put the order in for an upgrade today and the box is supposed to be shipped on Friday, but I would like to cancel this order...
If you are on an older service plan, any replacement box should be compatible with your service; this means a DVR box with a 1TB hard drive.
They have to put you on a whole new plan to be compatible with the new cloud based DVR system. At the moment these seem to be only rolling out to new customers.
