How can I block the call from 833-390-3721
I received a call from the above number very often but when I pick up the phone, it hangs up, it’s very annoying, how can I block it or ask them to delete my home phone number from their call list?
You using a cellphone or landline?
1. Cellphone - most have call block
2. Landline - Our Panasonic cordless phones have call block. If you don’t you can use Telus Call Control
For your landline, do the following. You need the MyTelus app on your cell.
1 - Open the app and sign in
2 - On the menu along the bottom, select “services”.
3 - Scroll down to “Home Phone”.
4 - Select “Manage Call Control”.
5 - Turn Call Control on and enter the # in the block list.
I get one almost everyday with Telus on call display. They never leave a message.
