How accurate is data usage in the app??
I signed my grandparents up for the internet for good wifi. It’s supposed to be 300gb a month. We just had the installation one week ago but for some reason my app is showing that I’ve exceed my month...

Community ManagerNot sure I understand correctly. So you have the 300gb monthly allotment but the app shows "1.25gb"? This means you're well under your allotment.
Ya but it’s showing it with a message that says I’ve exceeded my limit. It shows the data usage in a fraction format so it should be /300gb but it’s saying -1. And 0 gb left for the month.
