Home phone line
My home phone has no dial tone, and I cannot make any phone calls with it. Also very noisy staticky and crackly when recieving calls. I cannot call Telus for technical support to fix the problem.

Hey! thanks for letting us know. If your home phone has no dial tone and is noisy or crackly on incoming calls, here are a few steps you can try:
- Check all phone connections to make sure cords are plugged in securely and not damaged.
- Test with another phone handset (if available) to see if the issue continues.
- Unplug other devices (fax, modems, etc.) to rule out interference.
- If you have a cordless phone, try a different power outlet or test with a wired phone.

I have done that already. Even went out and bought new phones in case that was the problem. Still no change.

If you don't have access to any other phone line, you can try reaching out over at http://www.telus.com/chat where you should see a purple chat icon in the very bottom right of the page. From there you can fill out your info, and when prompted as to why you're chatting in you can type 'agent' to get through to our team for help!
