Home phone line
My home phone has no dial tone, and I cannot make any phone calls with it. Also very noisy staticky and crackly when recieving calls. I cannot call Telus for technical support to fix the problem.

I have done that already. Even went out and bought new phones in case that was the problem. Still no change.

If you don't have access to any other phone line, you can try reaching out over at http://www.telus.com/chat where you should see a purple chat icon in the very bottom right of the page. From there you can fill out your info, and when prompted as to why you're chatting in you can type 'agent' to get through to our team for help!
