Hi

i have been going through trouble with internet service with Telus.  
getting calls with them take 3 hours of our time, when they fix the problem they charge for the service, then I call them again to get the money back they are doing poor business.  Is there any way terminate the contract without paying the penalty can someone care and get out of the Telus traps
