Home internet

Why is my internet so terrible for the last week. Loses connection all the time. Have not moved it and it was working fine

    Not a lot of information to go on. Is this a wired or wireless connection? How are you determining that the connection is lost?

  • If you’re having an issue with your service call Telus and schedule a service call. There could be a hardware issue or equipment/line issue Telus will need to investigate,
