Help! Unknown Devices on Wifi

I had an unknown device connected to my brand new wifi hub. I restart my wifi hub and it's gone.

1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the modem.

2. Wait 30 seconds.

3. Plug the power cord back into the back of the modem.
