I've been a loyal Telus customer for 22 years, and it's extremely frustrating that this issue has been ongoing for a month now. When will Hayu be restored on the Telus app?"

    As stated in our reply from about a week ago, the Hayu app is no longer available for customers on our legacy platform, though it is of course still available on supported devices such as Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, and Android/Samsung Smart TV's.

      How do I cancel my Hayu subscription with Telus? No one wants to watch it on their computer or Iphone.

        Exactly what I told them.  Paying to have it on my tv., not a 7 inch phone screen or computer.  Still blows my mind!
