Has anyone ever called into Telus & then nothing was updated?

I had talked with a Telus rep a few weeks ago that explained that I was up for a contract renewal for my Telus TV so I agreed and then made some changes to my Chanel package and yet I noticed recently with my billing that it's still been the same costs the last month with absolutely no changes. I've resetted my modem and unplugged everything and restarted devices but nothing so I'm pretty sure nothing was changed. Really don't want to spend another hour+ on the phone but is there a way to talk to someone that can actually apply the change. I've also tried to change my address a few times and they still show the old billing addresses...I mean this is bare minimum requests. Does anyone know who I can reach out to to help me fix this?
