Anyone else not able to watch this program On Demand? I get an error message "Unable to play video. Please try again later."

Still not able to access my streaming properly. Thanks for the quick reply, but can you please provide some kind of a timeline? Customers are paying for a service that’s not being adequately provided. I’m wondering if the streaming issue is a big problem, or if Telus isn’t providing proper services for basic customer support. I realize the person responding here is frontline (and not in charge of policy).

Our team is working on this streaming issue with the highest priority. Are there still any specific episodes you're unable to watch?
I‘m able to access Handmaid‘s Tale, along with Last of Us now (that too was having issues last week). So far, the episodes I was playing were working smoothly. Thank you, I appreciate your efforts here 🙂
