Anyone else not able to watch this program On Demand? I get an error message "Unable to play video. Please try again later."

This is the first time this has happened to me as well. Crave subscriber; Handmaid‘s Tale season 6, episode 4 won’t play, says to retry, but won’t correct itself. Other episodes seem to play. I’ve waited a few days already thinking it might resolve itself, no luck.
TV On Demand --> Movies & Series --> CraveTV On Demand --> DramasAlso, during the last 10 days or so I’ve been having issues with Wi-Fi again - with a weak signal. I’ve had to reset many times…very frustrating this HAS happened way too frequently over the past few years. Given what customers are being charged, the service provided should be exceptional, it’s not.

Our Optik team is working on a fix for the streaming issues and should have it resolved asap!

Still not able to access my streaming properly. Thanks for the quick reply, but can you please provide some kind of a timeline? Customers are paying for a service that’s not being adequately provided. I’m wondering if the streaming issue is a big problem, or if Telus isn’t providing proper services for basic customer support. I realize the person responding here is frontline (and not in charge of policy).

I am having the same issue trying to access The Last of Us, Season, Episode 1 via On Demand. I have reset my stbs and my pvr and still getting the same error.

Are you receiving this error message with any On Demand program or just specific ones?

S6E2 works fine.
Issue was replicated on another STB on another account.
I need to correct the subject line because I meant S6E1.

Tonight I was unable to start Disney. Went to settings/apps/Disney/clear cache.
Disney now works, maybe try that with Crave
