Guide is not working properly - blank channels
On top of My Favorites not working, in the last couple of month, when using the Guide, the channels are blank. I scroll through and there is no program titles showing. I have to scroll back in time and it kicks in.

The development team pushed an update to the TELUS TV Digital Box over the past few days that included a fix for guide loading. The new version is 1.25.10.300 (found in Settings > System information > App version). Can you please report back whether your experience is improved? Thank you!

I am having the exact same issues. I hope that Telus is aware and actively working on fix for this because it is very frustrating and makes it impossible to record when it is happening.

Do you have our latest digital Optik equipment? This guide issue is known by our team and while they're always investigating, it's often an intermittent issue related to poor connectivity. Try rebooting your internet equipment and see if that helps!

I've noticed that too! Frustrating not being able to see the title of the show when scrolling ahead in the guide. There are just so many bugs with the guide. I've only had the TV-21T for about a week and so far I have not been impressed!
