I am having the exact same issues. I hope that Telus is aware and actively working on fix for this because it is very frustrating and makes it impossible to record when it is happening.

2 months agoDo you have our latest digital Optik equipment? This guide issue is known by our team and while they're always investigating, it's often an intermittent issue related to poor connectivity. Try rebooting your internet equipment and see if that helps!
