FX - I suddenly lost the channel - no longer a choice in my guide

I'm still getting FX ( channel 396 in Vancouver ) on my Optik 4K box. If you didn't change theme packs then there's no real reason that you should have lost the channel. Are you still getting the rest of the channels in the Blockbusters theme pack - Adult Swim, Crime & Investigation, FXX and MovieTime ???? Try calling again and talking to a different CSR - somebody at Telus should be able to help.
