Free Samsung 55" TV Promotion
Signed up for new home internet and tv bundle. Promotion included 55" TV. That was Oct. 2025 now May 2026 still to TV. Called multiple times with vague answers. Also found new "streaming box" not as good as the Optik box with pvr. Picture quality, lag, video stutter and signal drop are bad. Then there is the extra 24hr channels which are garbage. Dialogue sound drops with background sound still audible. I am honestly missing Novus I had in Vancouver.

For the lag and video stutter issue, is this happening on all channels and regularly?

All channels 2 or 3 times a day.
