Free $400 prepaid visa offer
I signed up for telus services and was told I would get a $400 visa giftcard. It has now been almost 3 months since I started my services and I have not received anything yet. Every person I speak to has told me something different about the where abouts of the card. Has anyone else had a problem receiving the visa offer?
