Hi.
Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this but I just received my internet bill and it has a $250 charge for foreign exchange adjustment.
Does anyone have any idea what this is?

- I have never heard of that. Why would there be foreign exchange for home Internet? TELUS only has home Internet in Canada.
- Exactly. I'm going to call them but the wait time is pretty long so figured I'd ask here first
- Try online Chat. You may still need to wait but at least it doesn't tie up your phone.
