Force to take a service she repeatedly told them she didn't want

My elderly mother spent 5 hours on the phone today, October 30th 2025, with various Telus representatives trying to get a loyalty deal for her home services as well as her cellphone services. The people she spoke to said they were in Thailand, it was noisy and she coudln't hear them clearly.  The person continually talked about home security and my mother kept telling them she didn't want it, she lives in a secure building and on the second floor and as she rents she could not put any kind of security system in. Again, it was very noisy, as they said they were celebrating halloween and she found it hard to hear or understand what they were talking about.  Fast forward to this evening, she recieved a copy of the contract and there, on the bottom is a three year contract for home security that she did not ask for, repeatedly told the agent she did not want and wasn't ordering. Your AI system is very difficult to navigate at the best of times, and after waiting for a very long time to speak to someone, it is rediculous to get someone who would take advantage of an senior.  How do I get this fixed ASAP!
