First run Optik TV Evolution
New to Telus and trying to setup series recordings as first run only. I change it but it doesn’t stay and reverts back to Reruns. Getting lots of extra recordings. Any idea how to fix?

Have you ensured the program you are selecting to record is a first run, and not a re-run? We have no problem with selecting first run if the program we select is first run.
