Fiber installation: lawn trenching concerns

We live in Sylvan Lake and Telus is having a third party install fiber optic, the job is a pure GONG SHOW. Telus needs to get involved because they are not making friends. They cut through my lawn and I now have a trench that was only partially filled but also enough gravel on it near the road to start a gravel pit. My neighbors, they cut right through his irrigation so I need to check mine now, my sons house has some kind of connection box which is in the middle of the lawn about 10" in size, like why in the middle of the lawn, plus there is good chance they cut his irrigation also. These are the things I am aware of and I am sure with what I see it is just the tip of the iceberg.

In Arizona last year Google put in fiber where we have a home, they were quick and totally neat, the only thing you see is where they went down the road and then fully patched it. If Telus comes around asking to put fiber, my response now would be I need a $5,000 performance bond and then maybe they may actually do a good job.
