Why am I getting this message on my live tv as well as my PVR recorded programs? On live tv I can’t go back to rewatch a play without this message “fast forward has been disabled by the broadcaste...

I haven't experienced this on any recorded show. I've only seen it if I restart a show from the guide or rewind a live show. That is the expected behavior based on most licensing agreements with the content owners.

As mentioned I will disagree with that argument. So everything in this case TSN broadcasting is licesned? On every one of their channels at all hours?
This looks like it has just started somtime in October of this year and it isnt only TSN that is an issue.
TSN's response it was Telus's problem not theirs?
Something isnt right here, so commercials are licsensed? Sorry something has changed
