Failed fix of Wifi6e v2.5 with MoCa

For a month now we have have unstable 3g service since it was installed in December, now after 6 booked appointments (and 3 of which no technician showed), and the other 3 came without or incorrect equipment.  Each tech has told us something different, and now Telus is saying that the 6e with MoCa doesn't exist, yet their public website says it does and that it is part of the 3g package...seems very much like false advertising and the whole setup is less stable than anything we have had in over 35yrs with Telus...very poor customer service as well as it has taken in excess of 50hrs of our time...and managers not answering and hangup on customer...just pathetic.

 

Anyone else feel like o one should sign their petition as they are as close to a monopoly as it gets...
