Where are you located? I'm also struggling with packet loss. Calgary AB here. Recent in the last 2 weeks.

Replace the horrible poorly shielded 10 Gig cable between your NAH and Boost unit with a quality shielded Cat6a cable.
Fought with mine until I did.

I don’t think it’s the cable, I am only getting packet loss to the Nvidia GeForce Now servers. Everything else all other tests are clean. Oddly enough even when I run through a vpn to try and bypass the bad routing it’s still getting lag.

Try performing a factory reset on the Boost 7 and see if that resolves your issue. If it doesn't, try a factory reset on the NAH.
Outside of those two devices, we might need to communicate on a private message to gather account details to investigate further
